Sarasota Painters Inc provides painting services for residential and commercial properties in Sarasota, FL, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting, and commercial painting.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by UpPainter are subject to change based on the actual scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the contract for each project. Generally, a deposit is required to secure a start date, with the balance due upon completion of the work.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply if a project is canceled after materials have been ordered or work has begun. The specific cancellation policy will be outlined in your contract.

Warranty

Sarasota Painters Inc provides a warranty on labor and materials as specified in each individual contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, or improper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Sarasota Painters SMS Communication Program

1) Sarasota Painters Inc SMS communication program informs customers of appointment availability and when estimator will arrive at their property.

2) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3) If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (support email address or phone number).

4) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5) As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
